YAY!

So, this is my very first photo-manipulation of something other than me. Very different from what I usually do, ya? Totally.

I actually did this because I thought smudging out the wrinkles from his skin would make him look younger. Didn’t really work. But I still like it, so I’m keeping it.

I played with the eyes and took the gray out of his hair.


I love Barbossa so very much! He’s so cool! Wicked cool! WICKED!

Wasn’t he just so kick-ass in the 3rd movie? He was all insane! Especially when they were going over the water and he was all laughing! I LOVE insane bad guys!

And I am SO happy that people are FINALLY doing Barbossa fanart. I mean, it took three movies before people decided that they liked him. I’ve always liked Barbossa. ALWAYS!

I agree. He does look substantially younger, yes he does. The eyes also look much more.......sleek. Also, that's basically my exact hair right there!

To tackle the youth aspect, you need to go back over the facial structure and start from there. But that would take a significant amount of effort. My best suggestion would be to take a younger face and blend in the mouth and nose area, however, you would need to take care to align the cheekbones. To be honest, a simple face transplant is pretty easy. I can 'shop (with fireworks) the face of the cockmongler onto any white or asian person in about five minutes.
